This year’s Learning Technologies fair was, of course, a totally online event that took place between 15 and 26 February. If you missed it, you can still watch most of the sessions, which will be available until June 2021. Here are some of our favourites:

Articulate held a session in which they demonstrated how to quickly and easily create modern, stylish and interactive e-learning content that is ideal for mobile devices. Watch the session here:

Do you want to improve employee engagement? Skill Pill has compiled a list of five methods they use to generate interest in content and more engagement from users, entitled: Digital relevance, from object to subject, user experience, data tracking and utilising the circadian rhythm. They discuss how the use of new media and gamification can add more excitement to the mix. By addressing the motives of e-learning participants and creating a learning experience, you can ensure greater engagement and interest in your content. Watch the video here:

In this session, Donald H Taylor, CEO of Learning Technologies Group, reveals the results of his L&D Global Sentiment Survey 2021, which asked 3,114 people in 95 countries about their views on Learning & Development this year. He looks at how the L&D sector reacted to the pandemic and raises hopes that L&D can move towards a brighter future with more influence. Watch the recorded session here:
