Drahomir works in the accounting department on the administration and analysis of marketing and sales. We asked him a few questions:
1. Why did you want to work at TicTac?
“The company’s motto – Never Stop Learning! – rings very true for me. I believe that the most important investment you can make is to keep pace with the rapidly changing and developing world we live in. I felt that working for a company that delivers smart e-learning solutions to international customers was a valuable opportunity to acquire new skills and work with experienced colleagues. During the recruitment process I liked the practical approach to getting things done. I got the impression that having a background in many different areas was very much valued. To sum up, I feel that TicTac and I make a mutually good match.”
2. Tell us about a learning experience you have had.
“I moved to Sweden in 2017 without knowing much about the Swedish language. So I started my own e-learning platform (a blog) – MySwedish.net – and I set up a Facebook fan page. Why? For me, the best way to learn is to explain something to someone else. So I became a Swedish teacher (which probably sounds ridiculous) and started explaining how the Swedish language works to my audience. I now have over 3,000 followers, and that number is still growing.”
