We would like to welcome a new member to our sales team – Lotta Naukkarinen! She is joining us as a sales executive and will focus among other things on the Finnish market. Good to have you on board, Lotta! Can you tell us a little about yourself and your background?
I’m originally from Finland and came to Sweden after some time in Spain. I’ve worked in many different areas and industries, including as a bookkeeper, bartender and travel consultant.
That’s quite a broad background. What will your role be at TicTac? And what does this entail?
I work with the sales team as a sales executive. My role involves meeting with customers, creating tenders and occasionally attending trade fairs.
What do you most look forward to working on at TicTac? What has been the most rewarding so far?
I’ve been with TicTac for six months now, but I’m looking forward to TicTac growing and to learning even more.
Yes, our motto is “Never stop learning”. What would you like to learn here at TicTac? And what does never stop learning mean for you?
EdTech is a new field for me, so I would like to learn more about the industry. For me, never stop learning means constantly developing and learning new skills. Right now, for example, I’m learning Arabic.
Wow! That’s cool. So what do you feel you can contribute at TicTac?
I have a lot of experience in customer service from other fields – and I can speak several languages.
