You can still get help! AI Assistant has a brainstorming option where you can get ideas to get going.
AI Assistant generates images based on your prompts. You tell the AI what style of image you’d like (e.g. photographic, editorial, watercolour). The better the prompt, the closer the image will resemble what you had in mind. Each time, you’ll get 4 images to choose from.
Articulate currently uses OpenAI and ElevenLabs as subprocessors for the AI Assistant product.
No, your data is not used to train Articulate’s AI models.
To complete AI requests, source material and prompt data are shared with Articulate’s AI subprocessors that are based in the USA. No data is stored with these subprocessors; it's immediately deleted once an output is generated. Output data is stored in your Articulate 360 data centre location.
Your data is retained for the duration of your subscription in order to provide the services under your agreement. When it comes to the AI subprocessors, there is zero data retention. All subprocessors are required to delete any customer data immediately after generating output.
Articulate disclaims any ownership over customers’ inputs and outputs in their use of the AI products and services.
