In short videos other reps share their experiences and thoughts about different negotiating aspects. Through instructor-led webinars, the participants are able to engage in role-playing and discussions with peers.
The impact
The training program has had a high completion rate and successfully meets Unionen's educational goals when it comes to understanding organizational change and its legal framework.
Among other results, the participants report improved confidence in handling reorganizations. Also, the onboarding of new representatives is now faster.
