What you will learn
Are you ready to take your learning products to the next level, making sure they do more than just transfer knowledge, but also make a real difference? At TicTac, we firmly believe in the transformative potential of the Job Task Analysis methodology to redefine the way you work with recruitment, skills mapping and instructional design.
At the heart of our approach lies our Visual Job Task Analysis methodology. Through an in-depth analysis of job roles, tasks, and responsibilities, we understand the key skills and knowledge needed for success. This data is the core of your learning content, making sure it stays relevant and meets the changing needs of the job.
You will select a role for which we will create a job task chart during the course. The work with the chart will be finalized during the two virtual follow-up sessions.
For more details, see Agenda.
After the course ...
... you'll have a good understanding of what works best in an instructor-led environment and what excels in a digital learning setting.
